I did this with a 42 MB jeep I sold to a guy in the Czech republic. As I buyer, I would not send my $ into someones account before I had an item in my hand. This guy wired me a alot of money into a completely separate in my bank. When I got the cash, I delivered the vehicle to a good friend of his and passed over the title.
