1940's Dodge 1 1/2 Ton Panel $3,000 [MA]

I picked up this truck some years ago on an old farm. It's the only 1-1/2 ton panel I've ever seen, and a long bed at that. I've never been able to figure the year on it.

Although there is rot along the bottom edges the floors and cab mounts are solid.
Most repairs are limited to flat surfaces.
The truck has around 30,000 miles
The engine runs well with good oil pressure(40 psi when warm) and doesn't smoke.
The clutch seems ok and all the gears work.
Both front and back doors are solid.
There are two bucket style seats that need redoing.
I do have a driver's side fender for it

I've been wanting to keep this truck together as I feel it's a one (or two) of a kind.
