64 Poly Valve Adjuster Question

Started out with the right side exhaust sounding funny. So I check the valve adjustment. Find 2 exhaust valves way to tight. And the adjusters way to easy to turn. Where can I get a set of the screw in adjuster part ?
Trying to get it ready for Hollister.
