The heater core in my 1960 PG W300 looked just like that. It too was shot, lots of leaks. My radiator shop ordered a new core. All fixed for $175. NAPA has a large book on heater and blower motors. Ask to look at the book, compare measurements and mounting and you will find a match, if not a exact match.
