You can weld up something like this. Four points is enough, six is a bit too many. Use 1/2" bolts through the lug holes. You only need to push the outer ring down about 1/4-3/8".

Then, use a 2x3 stud as a lever to pry the doughnut into a kidney shape, until the 2x3 can be forced across both beads. The sawzall at the 2x3. Safer to the tire that way.

It's a bit of bear wrestling. but the tires are well worth it.
