Trust me, in the history of the West Virginia Rally, there have never been conditions that would lead to vapor lock. Flooding yes, (of the H2O variety) wet ignition wires yes, frozen gas lines yes, but never vapor lock. Damn beautiful state, but they sure got shafted on the weather end of things!
