Seat belt bolts for a 1974

Got the 1974 Dodge truck with lap belts. Wanting to put some shoulder belts in. The truck has the top anchors. Threaded holes. I have the belts but for the life of me I cannot find the original bolts with my shoulder belts from my parts truck. I also cant seem to match a new set at the store. 10mm is too small. 12mm is to big. 3/8 and 7/16 wont work. Anyone have an idea?
