The one Patton was riding in when he broke his neck is on display at the Patton Armor Museum in Fort Knox. The body damage was repaired before the car was taken out of service.
Patton had cars, jeeps, command cars and anything else that could get him from the rear to the front. He also made a habit of flying back to HQ in a small plane so his men would never see him driving to the rear.
