I think it's the 1935~ Plymouth Sedans that the Volvo tp21 sugga's body is based on, you could easily make your own 'sugga' by merging WC/FFPW parts and mid 30's Plymouth parts.

The wheelbase would be the only tough thing to match, since you'd likely want the 3/4-1ton chassis instead of the wimpy sedan chassis.
