Hey Bruce,
All I know is that when you Canadians need a big time operation, you come down here. Why is that? Our healthcare system has it's flaws,but unlike you, I don't want my Gov. telling me I have to have Health Insurance. Your Canadian so you wouldn't know, but nowhere in the US Constitution does it say Healthcare is a right. The Democrats have just voted to make it a right. Say, didn't one of your politians recently come down to my country to have a medical procedure done. Guess he didn't want to wait forever to have it done in Canada.
