i started working in dealerships in 1984 after 20 years in the tire world i am a programmer and worked and wrote programs for all departments and installed systems in about 30 west coast dealerships (also trained employees) and did not see "cluelees"
employees although as in any business ther are some who might take a bit longer to train
to this day it is nice to go into a dealership that has Reynolds+Reynolds ERA system and see that the programs i wrote 20+ years ago are still in use
