Hi Paul,
His steering box has the missing splines, but the pitman arm does not have corresponding double splines. I have checked a couple of Power Wagon pitman arms ans they also dont. He has the correct pitman arm, and drag link. I will suggest he take his drag link apart and recheck the assembly order of the ends.
