Im on my second Dell laptop and second Dell desktop, and both my next ones will be Apple. I have had it with Dell customer service, which to me is just as important and the computer itself. Dell has been ok, but I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Crashes, blue screens and no viruses. They just tell me, yeah it happens.
And I figured their system. WHen ya call for help, Habib answers. I say Habla espaniol? and I am immediately transferred to America, where I can talk to a person that undertands english.
Yeah Mac is next for me.
