Check the turn stops on the axle. One may be missing which allows it to turn more in one direction. Also check for any other interference. Check to see if the pitman arm, drag link,tie rod ends are hitting or binding on anything. Also check the knuckles to make sure nothing is binding/hitting. If the tires are on make sure that they are not hitting anything.
