Why give people a drivers license, who don't have enough sense to operate a vehicle, such as how to stop it when there is a problem..like turn ignition to off (not lock) and put transmission in neutral!!? Dang it, these morons on the road are going to kill me yet! This is a clear case of "Darwinism"..survival of the fittest or in this case the smartest!
