Yup, back in 65...thats 1965 not 1865, I had a JB 40C dozer. I totally rebuilt it. On a 40C the entire engine and front frame was integral to the bell house. The front and rear sections of the dozer had to be married at the Bell house. In that marriage, I did bend the clutch disk, same problem as your having.
A friend chucked the disk in his lathe and with careful wack's and a dial indicator we got it back true again. This is where I learned about using studs on the Bell House during install. That dozer ran for years with never a clutch problem. They can be repaired, but its tricky.
