i suggest using one of those sockets with the internal serrations to remove the stripped lug nut. napa store might have one. I got my set from a tool truck dealer. I like the idea of tightening the other lug nuts to relive the torque, that will help. using anti sieze on lug nuts is very a very acceptable practice.
