We had a sailor do that on a submarine a year or two ago. Grabbed the wrong can of hydraulic fluid to top off a system. Had to completely flush and rebuild that hydraulic system because of it.
In his defense the two cans were the same with only the printing on the side identifying what was in it.
Needless to say though it was a lot more expensive mistake than having rebuilding a power steering system!
