conversion from 318, to 440

Considering conversion from 318, to 440 in my 67 W200 which has manual tranny. Have located 440 with auto tranny out of 1974 motor home. Have heard there are cranckshaft differences. What will it take to make this motor work? Any advice would be greatly apreciated.
