I envision the same someone with ample financial means making the fore mentioned mod's in addition to opening Power Wagon Candyland! Where you can pay to drive vehicles like this on a private ranch with lots and lots of endless terrain. It would be similar to those fancy exotic car rental places except with a fleet of exotic PW's for those who appreciate them but cannot afford them. Maybe some day...
