Israeli "Command Car"?

They call all models of the pick ups 'command cars'. I don't read much spanish beyond a menu, but I think it was a test/prototype? Myabe Dodge started with the Israeli CC?

I did see, in about 1983, down Baja, the Federales had some Jeep trucks, reminiscent of M715, except with the small jeep half cab, like on the airport tugs, but open. Bed was either J- series, or M715.
