From my understanding no. When the term split rim is used I normaly see it used in reference to rims that have a split in the outer lock ring like PW and M37 and many other rims have, rims like yours and other lock ring type rims that do not have a split in the outer ring are referred to as "2 piece wheels" WW2 Dodge 3/4 ton 4x4 wcs have to piece wheels with bead locks inside them and even though they are '2 piece" and 'split" apart everyone calls tehm "combat wheels. So if I saw your wheels on the ground Imight call it a modern combat wheel or a 2 piece wheel.
