Hey Matt. I know that later trucks used different arm rests, but I am not sure about the holes in the door panels. All the panels I have had, that had arm rests, have been the same - round holes below and rectangular holes above. I believe the newest door panel I have ever owned was a 1959.

Here is an idea. There appear to be people interested in a running board mounted tool box that fits correctly. How about making a tool box that looks like the water containers used on some of the M601 trucks.
I will see if I can find a photo. These were tall, reaching up almost to the bend in the pickup box side. They were set up on pedestals so you could still step beneath them. There could be two compartments. The top could have a lid hinged next to the pickup box side. The bottom could have a hopper door hinged at the bottom that would swing down and act as a small working platform. Maybe pigeon hole compartments or drawers inside?
