No Yellow MV's here... Actually a few years ago Kansas attempted to prevent the registration of armored MV's for "on road" use. Thanks to the efforts of the MVPA and many local members, working CONSTRUCTIVELY with the Kansas legislature, KDOT, and the Highway Patrol, we are now one of the more MV friendly states. Any MV regardless of size or configuration can now qualify for antique plates.
Firing off angry letters to local officials and other confrontation never works. The object is to get people to see the wisdom of historic preservation.
