Poly 318 flywheel help

The poly I am rebuilding for Buttercup came out of a auto trans car and the poly engine I have with the standard flywheel only had five of the six bolts holding it on. Both of these are the later crank bolt pattern with one bolt offset. I think the flywheel with five bolts came from a slant six.
I have found a bunch of confusing information on these flywheels, internal balance vs neutral balance.

Could I drill out the offset hole on the slant six flywheel and use it?? Am having trouble finding a flywheel.
