Receiving stolen property is receiving stolen property and she is liable. I would not hesitate to contact the district atourney, or my own lawyer, take her to court. I bet she has insurance and you also know she has the name of the thief.
If you can't afford a lawyer then I would take her to small claims court for each truck one at a time. I would not be suprised if you could get the maximum allowed in your court. My goal would be to make her pay over and over painfully.
