This one is pretty easy to build and shape to the cab. The framework of the backboard is made of 2" heavy wall square tubing. The lower part, which doesn't show, is filled in with a piece of sheet metal from the surface of the bed up to just below the rear window. Heavy gauge expanded metal provides rigidity, plus is good to hook straps to. JH
