You need to replace the Henderscholtz toggle with the New Retroncabulation upgrade kit. It prevents the bull gear from jumping the heifer shaft, as is a common occurrence with the 'before' type of infundibular lock pins.
Or maybe it's just a bit sloppy?
My second guess is that the linkage may be out of adjustment? It should go hi-lo wiht only one lever.
