That's one of the reasons this annual event is so popular in Plant City, Florida. The weather is usually perfect down there this time of year. I grew up down there when it was just a simple little county fair with livestock, home crafts, jellys, and a beauty contest.
Now, it's the biggest fair in the state and folks are everywhere soaking up the sun, looking forward to when their ice bound igloos thaw out up north. http://www.flstrawberryfestival.com/
