The cam mounts on my 1960 PG W300 are level. The ones in the picture need some attention.
However, the door/fender gap even on mine is not perfect. The door sits in the opening with perfect gaps on the top window area. The lower door/front fenders have a large gap. Others have told me they also had this issue.
