I am looking at that picture from 1948 and I can't help but think they were better times. Not in every respect were they better then now, but times were slightly harder, but simple in comparison. Maybe I am just looking through rose coloured glasses, but some where between then and now we turned a corner that has changed us forever. Now we are struggling around in the dark trying to find our way back to those times. I must be getting old. lol
