I use flickr, www.flickr.com as a host. they will let you store 200 pics for free.
once you have pics stored on their site select the pic you want, click on the all sizes tab, I select medium, scroll down, where it says #2 Grab the photo's URL, copy all the code in that box, then you can past in the Optional Image Link on the Forum.
