Hi Steve,
The intercooler is the easy part...basically a 92-93 intercooler & piping is what you want.
Fitting it behind a 74 grill is the hard part. You can just bolt a 92,93 nose & rad support on...so long as you want your 74 Powerwagon to look like a 92,93 truck but fitting the intercooler behind that grill takes some creative cutting :)
