I'm trying to figure out more clearly what you are trying to do.
1. What is the diameter of the pipe?
2. Are you trying to drill holes through the sides of the pipe, opposite each other? As in the diameter?
3. Are these holes on the end(s) of the pipe or somewhere in the middle of the length of the pipe?
