Just for reference 25 of those washers would cost you $35 from McMaster-Carr, which is the only commercial source I know of. WCL (West Coast Lockwasher) shows square lock washers in various sizes and thicknesses in their catalog, but does not stock any. They could do a large production run of some sizes but have scrapped the tooling for many sizes and would require the customer to pay to re-create the tooling. Basically, for square lock washers, we're down to surplus stashes that someone here or there is still hanging on to. Get 'em while you can.
