yes, other than the angle strips and paint. I have no problem spot welding in the angles. So many put a steel floor in.They use there truck i guess,some also put the angles in too.Considering a tailgate cost 500 bucks 2k is a good buy.Another good buy are my 2nd and 3rd beds the tooling costt is crazy,I just refuse to beat on junk and i need 8-9 51-68 beds myself.
