I can say that my F3r0 4x4 (1966) wouldn't stop worth a bean. I did a disk brake conversion to the front, added all the proportioning valves, dual m/c, vacuum booster, changed this stuff all around about 3 times, trying new boosters, etc. The truck still had lousy brakes. Paul in NY suggested I try the Hydroboost system, and his help and the help of his supplier, I now have brakes that are almost equal to the brakes on my '06 Ram. I believe the hydroboost will help any system.
