You have blown the fuse for the circuit. All that stuff is controled on one fuse. The 12volt hot wire on your plug out back is also tied into the fuel pump circuit. Short this and pop that fuse and the truck wont run. Sometimes those little screws on the plug terminals will come loose and then got wires dancing inside and will create a short and blow a fuse. Sounds like you need to straighten out your trailer wiring and undo what your friend did and replace that fuse in your box.
