I almost bought one new in 1991, I went and drove the truck twice, was a Black with Grey inside W250 5spd CTD, I liked the truck A LOT. I knew the salemen well and he let me take it for a Saturday morning drive, I had it for over four hours, I was in Love! They were going to sell it to me for $15,000
But my dad would not let me buy it, he said he didnt think I was ready to make payments on new truck for 3 years! I had to listen to him since I still lived at home. I had a full time job and would not have had a problem making payments, but had to obey what dad said.
I always wished I had bought that truck!!!
