When I lived in Houston and used to talk to a fellow that sold dodge trucks to the oilfield industries, he kept telling me dodge was moving their wm300 production to Mexico and was going to put a new body on the ole chasis he too gave me a brochure and this brochure had the Mexican body on the wm chasis, but I guess they dropped that and went to the standard commercial line. He had some tall tales of v8 coversions of the standard wm300 for oilfield use. He said the problem was the short axle if you stepped on it.
