I don't have knowledge of the manual you reference but I have seen some rigs with 20" wheels. David Cirillo has one, I think a couple have been at the Iowa Rally and this topic was covered in the PWA in the past. I belive Ford AA? 1 1/2 ton wheels are used. The PW 5 lug pattern is used by a few other vintage trucks.
