Need serious tie-down advice. Pls be explicit.....

I am FINALLY moving the LAST of my stuff to Colorado early next week. How exactly do I "tie-down" my '54 C1PW? I am loading it on my "Lowboy" trailer this week and I would like to know "exactly" where to put the chains/straps on the PW. Do I latch the hooks on the frame rails? If so, where? Will that damage the paint? Over the axles? If, so where? etc., etc. My Lowboy bed is 8'6" wide. I can use straps or chains with hooks. Thx in advance.
