All WC53 Carryalls had combat rims.
The WC53 did not have a winch from the factory.
The box on the running board is the battery box. The truck was 12 volts. I believe that there were 2 6 volt batteries.
I will see if I can get you a picture of the front shocks.
Your drawing is really good and I like it. It has the following differences from the actual truck. I am not sure if you left them off for artistic reasons or you were not aware:
1) Front bumper is not straight as you have it it had a curve shape which was a standard Dodge feature on 3/4 WCs.
2) You are missing the blackout light on the driver side fender. That is why the light guard is wider on that side.
3) You are missing the small black out light on the front edge of both front fenders.
4) The carryall had combat rims.
5) The running board below the drivers door has a dip in it for the spare tire. Obviously you are not showing the spare tire which is mounted on divers side.
6) You are missing the antenna and brush guard mounting holes just behind the driver's door and between the two rear side windows.
7) There is a small half circle hole on the bottom edge of the body right in front of the rear fender to allow access to the grease zert on the spring.
8) Driver's side rear view mirror is missing.
9) No locking hubs were on the truck. They had a drive flange.
