I've still got a lot of planning to complete, but while visiting one of the local (well close) accommodations, I found out that they only have a few rooms left.

The Rosecliff Lodge at the Current River Landing has about 16 rooms left for the weekend. They support a large volume of floaters/canoers who enjoy the Current River, and my event coincides with the peak season.
