most of the new tacoma narrows bridge wwas made in asia and floated over and hoisted into pace. they could have been built anywhere onthe west coast and floated over. It fries me that that anything like that is even considered to be made is asia when you look at the 40 year decline going on in US manufacturing. Also chinese buidl mostly inferior quality things.
