it will fit dimensionally in your truck, but you will either need to use a kit from helitool or develop your own bracketry. it was never a factory option so mods will be necessary. i would look for a complete drop in from a running truck or donor car. that way you get everything you need. i used a rebuilt 360 powerplant in my m37. it came from a little red express truck. it ran great. check with ray at helitool as his kit is well thought out.
