Signs of life. Stupidly, before I checked to see if the lift pump would run, I failed to note that a connector at the PCM was disconnected, still from diagnostic procedures.
I connected it and the lift pump triggers. I now have to put some more things on, bleed some injector lines, and see if it will start.....
