Power Wagon Heaters

OK., I know some were dealer added, and my 49 had a MoPar Model 61 heater, dated Jan 30 1949, but the 46 has a Chevrolet Deluxe Heater.

How likely is it the selling dealer (in Springfield MO) installed the off brand heater as it's what he had in stock?

The Heater is a 41-46 Model - Will (in IL) 23:04:29 01/18/2010
