I think we like the 11R16 for their appearance, and how nice they look on original wide ring PW and W300 wheels.
And the fact that they are military surplus and relatively cheap.
They ride nice on the road and do an ok jop in most terrain conditions. Others would be better of road, but not on the road, where I think many of us use them.
