Look at www.moparaction.com there was an article about 3 years ago on someone who put a 440ci in a WDX.
The guy built it to run on E-85, lots of cool carb tricks for that to work. He was supposed to tour Europe, driving the Power Wagon all over on some cross counrty race if I remember correctly. Only thing is I never saw a follow up to the build of the truck.
It will fit, and from what I recall there was not a whole lot of nasty surgery, this truck looked fairly stock. Search for back issues on their site, and you could also try contacting Schumacher Industries, there web site is www.engine-swaps.com
